Not for Profit (NFP) and Non-Government Organisations (NGOs) often have volunteer directors sitting on their boards. It is important for these boards to be across a range of different functions, roles and responsibilities that apply to the NFT and NGO board as much as they do to private enterprise. This one day provides the theoretical, legal, commercial and governance framework for board membership and applies it to the NFT and NGO enterprise. This is an interesting and useful course that will benefit both experienced and newer directors.
