Online Courses and the Online Learning Management System (LMS) from LearnCorp Training
LearnCorp utilises a purpose-built online Learning Management System (LMS) that allows for all of our training courses to be delivered online in addition to in class (face to face) or in blended mode (mail, in-class and online). Trainees can select the mode of study that suits their schedule, lifestyle and learning style. Our consultants will be more than glad to assist with making a choice of the best study mode to suitt your needs.
Our online classes start with an enrolment process after which we provide trainees with a username and password to access the online system. All materials, learning guides, videos, assessments and relevant materials are loaded to the LMS for you to download, play and access at any time.
Trainees from all over the world can access this service. Our LMS is accessed via the log-in area on this web site at www.LearnCorp.com.au. To access the LMS, you would need to enrol in a course after which we would issue you with a username and password for access.
Each corporate training course runs for a period of two weeks. This means that you will have two weeks from the date you enrol to complete the course. These courses are normally completed in one day in class, but we provide the additional time for online learners to maximise flexibility and convenience. Each subject has a minor, basic question list at the end of it, which takes a few minutes to complete. This is a simple way to allow for minor testing of the knowledge and skills learned.
If a trainee is unable to complete a course in two weeks, we may provide an extension to the course at our discretion, but the expectation is that trainees generally complete courses for which they are enrolled within the specified time. No refunds or course changes are provided for in online courses after the course commences. Prior to course commencement, our normal course refund policy applies (100% refund up to fourteen days prior to the course commencing, 50% refund up to seven days prior to the course commencing, and no refund for cancellations or changes made less than seven days prior to the course commencing).
Qualification courses (LearnCorp is not an RTO) are managed differently and are subject to specific terms and conditions for each qualification depending on the issuing RTO. We will be glad to provide specific information pertaining to qualification courses if you are interested in any of these from CIV to Advanced Diploma levels.
Our LMS is built on a Moodle platform and is SCORM compliant. This means that the materials are interactive, can be played and re-played easily and allow you to engage in a pro-active learning experience.
The online courses lead to the same LearnCorp certificates of completion as the face to face (in-class) sessions and apply to all our Corporate Training Courses. Special terms and conditions apply to qualification courses as these are subject to specific regulations regarding hhow they are studied and the rules of evidence pertaining to their assessments.
Every subject studied online provides the learner with the materials, tools and with a range of down to earth assessments to provide for a simple test of the knowledge learned.
This option makes it more affordable and practical for busy workers to access high quality training via the internet.
There are several benefits to studying some courses online, depending on the subject matter, the circumstances of the trainee and the desired outcomes from the course. Online learning is not for everyone, so please feel free in contacting us for an obligation free discussion of your needs. Our consultants will be glad to help and are reachable on:

Both Corporate Training Courses and Qualification Courses are run in this mode. Qualification courses are run via our partner Registered Training Organisations (RTO’s). LearnCorp is not an RTO.
All materials provided in the face to face training are included in the online training and there is a strong emphasis on trainer support for learners in all our programs.

Seven Different Learning Delivery Modes to Choose from
Online, Bit-sized MOOC, In-Class, Distance and Blended Sessions Available
At LearnCorp, we understand that professionals are busy and that it is sometimes hard to get out of the office for a whole day to undertake training. This is why many of our courses are offered in seven (7) different modes, each designed to satisfy the needs of learning, convenience and pricing. Our modes of delivery are:
Online via our Learning Management Systems (LMS)
We have a Moodle-based Learning Management Systems (LMS) that provides trainees with 24 x 7 access to learning materials, assessments, exercises and discussion forums. Our materials are SCORM compliant and allow the trainee time to learn, apply and test their knowledge with support from the trainer.
Bit-Sized MOOC (Massive Open Online Learning)
We also provide many of our courses in a MOOC format, whereby learners watch “Bit-Sized” videos and content at their convenience and subsequently apply tests to their learned skills, providing flexibility in both timing and application of learning.
In Class Delivery at Our Premises
All our courses are offered in a face-to-face, in-class environment for learners wishing to interact with others and wanting to receive training from a trainer in a face to face to environment. Our training runs in every Australian Capital City in the Central Business District (CBD).
In Class Delivery at Client Premises
We are able to train in class at our clients preferred premises in any location in Australia or New Zealand or at any one of the cities in which we train regionally.
Distance Learning
For trainees who prefer not to attend class and do not have easy access to the internet or who prefer to receive phone support and to read materials sent by post, we are able to run most of our courses in Distance Learning Mode. We run these sessions by posting hard copies of materials to the learner and providing them with phone and email support during the learning process.
Blended Learning
This mode allows for a combination of more than one of the modes above in a bespoke format that provides the maximum learning impact and flexibility.
Program contents and dates may change dependent on final enrolment figures. The list below highlights the courses that are delievered online, in class and by blended mode (face to face, post and online).
